VILLA INFORMATION
The Villa itself consists of a large Family room, a separate Dining room with extra seating accomodation, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, kitchen nook, separate laundry room, enlarged private pool, and double garage.
The Family room has triple and double seating accomodation for comfortable viewing of the 28 inch Cable TV and enjoys immediate access to the Pool area via sliding doors.
The Living/dining room provides an added relaxation area after a busy day at Disney and also has triple and double seating accomodation, plus a large dining table and chairs. (seats 6 people) Pool access is also available via sliding doors.
A fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances and a separate Utility room are centred between the Family room and the Dining room. Adjacent is a breakfast area area with a table and chairs.
All bedrooms are beautifully furnished and have ample storage space. A spacious en suite bathroom leads from the Master bedroom which also benefits from Cable TV, and has Pool access.
The second bedroom contains a Queen sized bed and has an adjacent bathroom with walk in shower. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are twin bedded rooms (one with bunk beds) on either side of a shared bathroom.
And now perhaps the best part of the the villa, the private pool. South facing to get all day sun in the 'winter' months, the 30 by 15 feet swimming pool and covered Porch can be reached by sliding glass doors from the Family room, dining room and Master bedroom and can be illuminated at night. Patio furniture is provided.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1. Keys for the villa are in secure box atted to the villa. (code to be provided)
2. Management Company are on sight.
3. Pool towels, cot and high chair are provided at no extra charge.
4. Playstation in bedroom.
5. VCR in Family room
6. Bank and Pharmacy are within easy reach.
7. Orlando airport is 30 minutes drive, Sanford is closer to 60 minutes.
