Terms & Conditions
BOOKING/RENTAL CONDITIONS
All bookings/rentals are subject to the following conditions:
1. All correspondence will be sent to the first named person at the address given on the booking form.
2. The booking is not accepted until you receive confirmation in writing.
3. Completed booking forms must be accompanied by £100 per week deposit.
4. The balance which will include £150 returnable security deposit, must be paid at least 8 weeks before departure.
RENTAL PERIOD
The rental commences at 4pm local time on the day of arrival as shown on the booking form and ceases at 10 am local time on the day of departure.
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of £150 is payable at the time of the final balance payment to cover any unexpected breakages or damage. This will be returned to you within 30 days of your return subject to notification from my Management Company that all has been left in a satisfactory condition. NB. It is not our intention to charge for every little accident that a child or adult!) may have but if you do break the odd glass or plate etc please advise our Management Company in order that it can be replaced for anybody following you into the villa.
LIABILITY
Although every effort to ensure our villa is in perfect order for your holiday we cannot accept liability for any third party claim, accidental damage or loss to you, your party or your belongings, or for any medical expenses however incurred.
YOU ARE STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE OUT YOUR OWN TRAVEL AND MEDICAL INSURANCE.
The welfare of children near the swimming pool is paramount (they should be supervised at all times) and it is the responsibility of the adults present.
CANCELLATION
In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your booking for whatever reason the following charges will apply:
A. In excess of 8 weeks prior to rental..........only the deposit is charged.
B. Between 8 weeks and 6 weeks prior..........50% of total rental costs.
C. Between 6 weeks and 4 weeks prior..........75% of total rental costs.
D. Less than 4 weeks prior to rental date.......100% of total rental costs.
LOCATION OF THE VILLA
The location of the Holiday villa and how to gain entry will be forwarded to you following receipt of the final payment, approximately 4 weeks before departure. Only the persons shown on the booking form are permitted to stay in the property.
